Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling mainly to send contracts to our international contractors and employees based in the US. We also use that platform for our payroll, making our lives so much easier.

Cons

  • Sometimes, we experience technical problems in running the payroll. There was a time that the contractor should be assigned in hourly pay but it went to the monthly pay.
  • Makes onboarding seamless as possible.
  • Easy to navigate.
  • Efficient in performing payroll function.
I have experience using BambooHR, and though it has similarities in most features, I would say that Rippling does the job because of its functionality in contract templates that we can utilize for independent international contractors. It is very easy to navigate and set up, and I love this overall.

Rippling is a game changer - I can say this, especially since I'm managing a high volume of new hires and drafting contracts. It doesn't give you a complicated process; it's pretty straightforward and effective.
Best when sending offers and easy to set up contracts, especially for international contractors - ready templates are available for specific countries/locations. The downside would be that when you include a work email account along with the contract, the new hire sometimes doesn't receive the login info.
