Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Currently I do not have any issues Rippling is doing the job I expected it to do. It is simplifying my job as a Director of Purchasing to keep my team on track and track their work hours along with any tasks that I may have assigned them. This is new to me and I am still learning.

Pros

  • Rippling does a good job of simplifying workforce management
  • New hires can be set up quickly

Cons

  • While basic tasks are intuitive, some of the more advanced automation and customization options may require time to master
  • While Rippling provides useful built-in reports, fully customizing reports may require additional setup or external integrations.
ADP was more challenging than Rippling. Navigating it was always an issue
