Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Rippling for our payment processing system for payroll. We also use it for our HR software and benefits program. It has been awesome so far and we use it across every employee in the organization. It has worked great so far and we have had no issues with it.

Pros

It is fast and simple to onboard for new hires
We have never ran into any technical bugs with the software
It makes it really easy to everything in one place with a growing organization

Cons

The organization chart feature hard to use and not super intuitive
Wish it was easier to access third party apps like betterment

We can now worry less about payment and focus on the big issues we are trying to fix

Usability

It has been extremely easy to use and implement in our organization. It took a little bit of time to set up and get it right for us, but once we got it set up is has been so easy to get people onboarded and ready to go from day one.

Overall it has been an amazing for our organization! It has helped us as we are experiencing a time of high growth and has been able to scale with us from only a few employees to over 80. We have had no issues on boarding and training new employees on how to use the software.
