Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We are using Rippling as our HRIS, time tracking system, expense management and payroll system. We have been able to consolidate under Rippling for our globally distributed team. Rippling has very good use of data, which has been an amazing improvement for our internal reporting. Combining the great use of data with the possibility to automate many people-related tasks has also allowed us to reduce admin time and set us for scaling.
Pros
- Great use of data is number one - there is a lot of flexibility and automating things based off any piece of data in the platform, which has helped us set up automations and triggers to reduce manual work.
- Payroll and payments for our globally distributed team
- Great reporting tool!
Cons
- Would love a content-heavy onboarding module
- Global EOR is not quite there yet, they need to make some improvements and focus on non-US teams to make it work
- Helped reduce payroll admin time by app. 0.5 FTE
- Reporting reduced to 2-3h from 1-2 days
- Automations saved 0.25 FTE for onboarding/offboarding
Rippling was the only vendor that allowed us to consolidate all our payroll operations. Had all of the requirements we needed, from HRIS to payroll, document management, reporting automations, etc. and far better functionality and easy of use than the other platforms we tested.
