Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I love using Rippling as an employee to log my time and take educational courses. It is so easy to view my timecard and see what hours I have logged and get paid straight through Rippling! I really like how user-friendly it is and being able to take courses in the app.

Pros

  • Easy to navigate
  • Great customer service
  • Good help section that answers questions

Cons

  • Make it easier to add comments onto your time card
  • Allow you to un-submit and resubmit your timecard after you submit it
  • Easier for employees to use
  • More efficient= less time trying to figure out new software

Very easy to navigate and if you are ever confused there is a very substantial help section that has answers to every question!
Really well-suited for companies where logging hours is necessary (hourly work).
