Rippling is used for the HR Management purpose in our organisation. It plays a vital role in the leave management purpose. Employees can apply and check for the leave request without needing anyone's help. It also helps in assigning tasks to the employees. It's a very useful tool to protect the security of the system of the employees.

Rippling has been a great tool for all our employee related activity. It has made a huge impact with regards to the leave management system, where the employees can access the software without anyone's help. It makes the managers life easy as it has a option for the managers to assign any tasks to the team members through Rippling.
It has helped our company in the leave management process. During onboarding, the signing of the document was easy to do for the new employees. It was helpful for the HR team members to get the details of the Employees. After the onboarding the new employees were able to see all the details in one page.
