Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

My organization utilizes Rippling for payroll and IT management. We appreciate the various reports available in Rippling, as well as, the ability to customize the reports. The IT management was a game changer for us. Our organization is too small for an onsite IT department, but Rippling offers the IT service for a more cost-efficient price than our prior outside vendor!

I love how Rippling integrates with QuickBooks Online! Each payroll in Rippling shows up in my QBO sync. It is great to have all the details of each payroll by individual. We are a small private school, so we have about 50 employees, but the Rippling journal entry is about 500 lines long!
When I started, the Rippling to QBO sync was under the former employees name and information. I'd never used Rippling before, so I was over my head. The support was phenomenal! We were able to remedy the situation very quickly. I appreciated the quick response and the variety of FAQ's available.

Rippling does a great job onboarding new hires. All of the required documentation and legal pieces are right there. It is great to have the HRIS in the Rippling cloud, so no more losing required papers! I used to be an HR manager at a small company who didn't use Rippling. I notice a difference with Rippling!
Rippling does great processing payroll. The systems are there! We use them as an HRIS to track PTO, Sick, Medical, retirement. Sometimes, the reports are not exactly what I am looking for, so customizing the report is required.
We also utilize Rippling for IT Management! This feature was appreciated, as our outside vendor's prices were increasing. We appreciate having an IT department via Rippling!
