Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is our HR and Payroll platform, which our Finance and HR teams use daily. It has allowed us to utilize a single source of truth for employment-related matters and integrates very well with other vendors (benefits, 401k, etc.). Rippling's capabilities have allowed our team to scale very effectively.

Pros

  • Easy to use.
  • Numerous integration capabilities that work well.
  • We have been very happy with Rippling's support function.

Cons

  • I would like to see more flexibility in the reporting functionality, particularly allowing us to generate raw data that we could analyze independently.
  • We would like to see continuous improvement in technical support areas, particularly payroll. We've been happy with the team but believe ongoing refinement and clarification of the payroll process are always welcome.
  • We have scaled our Finance and HR departments very effectively as the Company has grown. Our team has stayed the same size as when we implemented Rippling, yet the rest of the company has grown over twice as large from a headcount standpoint.
We have generally been happy with the support function. We typically receive responses within a reasonable time period, and once a resource is assigned, they will help us run any issues to ground.

Rippling is very user-friendly and has created straightforward workflows that allow non-technical resources to use the platform easily.
From the start of our implementation process, Rippling has been a great partner to our organization. We have been happy with all of our current use cases, primarily the HR and Payroll modules. We haven't tried some of the newer capabilities (international functions, Rippling Spend), so we could not comment on those.
