Payroll and onboarding.

Pros

  • Multiple different features.
  • Most features are easy and quick to learn.
  • All in one system.

Cons

  • So many features that some are unfamiliar.
  • Many features that are not used could make it seem as if the product purchase can seem like "over kill."
  • More training on other features.
  • All in one system makes it efficient in keeping everything housed in one source.
  • Numerous different features covers a lot of business needs.
  • Employees set it up rather easy.
  • Onboarding tasks are clearly explained and offered.

Minimal learning curve. Very smooth after wards. Efficiency in learning it made it easy to onboard. Pending tasks were listed and marked according to their completion, providing for precise tracking of what has been completed and what is still pending to be completed. Entering hours worked and PTO is also easy to do.
Makes it easy to set up necessary trainings and pending tasks and keeping track of them. Many features may end up being useless, depending on company requirements or needs.
