Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling represents a total change in the Hunan REsources Iinformation System (HRIS). It’s functional, efficient and easy to use. In addition, the customer service work pretty fast and also provides the best solutions in order to your work flow do not be affected and you can continue with yor functions as usual as always. It also facilitate the hiring process for all of our candidates and also expedite the payroll process. Finaly, Rippling provide the opportunity to establish objectives in the short and long term and provide you the tools to make a follow up to those goals.

Rippling provides the information in a clearer and more compact form. Unlike its competitor, it does not require the candidate to be aware of updates in the hiring process. Rippling delivers updates in real time, which allows the candidate to be aware of what is happening, thus contributing to the candidate's peace of mind. And for those of us who use it to hire, Rippling gives us the most summarized and accessible information to speed up hiring.
Honestly, I have only used Rippling's customer service once, and I was positively surprised by their quick response time and how attentive they are to their users. I didn't feel at any time that they didn't want to solve my problem, but rather that they were attentive to the situation, even after they had already solved it. I think this speaks very well of Rippling as a company and shows how important we, the users, are to them. Also, it has been the same experience for both my colleagues and my bosses, so I can't say anything about Rippling's customer service because I believe there is none.

The experience with Rippling has exceeded my expectations and has even shown aspects or certain functions that I did not know could be done. It is certainly a program that fully covers all aspects of HR and I would highly recommend it to any company looking to manage their HR data and information in an efficient, practical and easy to use manner.
Rippling is a program suitable for companies' Human Resources departments. As I mentioned in previous points, Rippling allows us to look at the various HR analytics and, in my personal experience, it has made the hiring process easier for me and the recruiters on my team. In addition to facilitating the hiring process, Rippling gives me the ability to see the feasibility of candidates in certain positions, which allows me to offer them other jobs if necessary.
