Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Everything around HR we use Rippling for. This includes compliance, payroll, expenses reports, etc. We use it to keep important documents such as contracts signed as well on Rippling. It has been a great product, and has made everything so much more easy to use. It mainly just streamlines everything in one place since we are a small team and would like to spend as little time as possible on stuff like this

Rippling’s support is generally responsive and knowledgeable, especially via chat and email. Most inquiries are resolved within 24 hours, and the help documentation is thorough, often allowing us to troubleshoot issues independently. The support team is also good at following up to ensure resolution. That said, while chat is efficient for most needs, there are times—particularly around payroll deadlines—when real-time voice support would be faster and more reassuring.
Overall, support quality is high, but availability could be more robust for high-stakes issues.

Rippling’s usability is one of its standout strengths. The interface is clean, modern, and highly intuitive—even non-technical users can navigate HR tasks, payroll, benefits enrollment, and device management with minimal training. Processes like onboarding new employees or approving time off take just a few clicks.
The dashboard consolidates key functions without overwhelming the user, and the logical flow between modules (e.g., hiring → IT provisioning → payroll setup) greatly improves operational efficiency.
The only reason it’s not a perfect 10 is that some advanced configurations—particularly for custom workflows or integrations—can require extra setup or support. But for day-to-day usability, Rippling is exceptional.
Rippling offers a strong all-in-one platform for HR, payroll, benefits, and IT management that’s particular suited for fast-growing startups and mid-sized companies that want to automate and centralize their employee operations. The interface is intuitive, and the integration across different functions (like provisioning software accounts or handling onboarding paperwork) is seamless and efficient.
