Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for payroll and benefits. It's a great platform, all the documents are in one place. Requesting time off, Holiday Calendar, Medical Benefits, and Payroll information is all in one place, easy to use. You can see all your information and make changes in one easy-to-use platform.

Pros

  • Payroll is always accurate.
  • Benefit Enrollment is very user friendly.
  • School Calendars are a great to know when the school is closed.

Cons

  • Requesting time off.
  • Employee easy access.
  • Ease of managing data.
