Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We use this platform for HR, Benefits, Expense Management and anything payroll related. It also used for time keeping purposes whether for PTO, sick days or vacation days. It's also connected to all my benefits which is really good. My tax forms can also be found on Rippling and any other employment documents.
Pros
- Anything Expense management related!
- Payroll - very easy to use and access
- Mobile access to all features
Cons
- Option to make insurance changes in-app
- The connection between my HSA from Elevate is really clunky
- Rippling has significantly reduced the time it takes to onboard new hires by automating provisioning and HR workflows, allowing our team to focus more on strategic initiatives.
- Having employee data, payroll, and app management in one place has minimized manual mistakes and helped maintain better data integrity across teams.
- With streamlined user access and automated setup, new team members get up and running faster, directly supporting our client implementation timelines.
- Gusto
- ADP Global Payroll
- Paychex
Unlike Gusto & Paychex, Rippling, Rippling allows me to manage app provisioning and edvice management alongside HR and Payroll -- which is. a huge win for internal ops. Compared to ADP as well, the interface is significantyl more intuitive and user friendly. Rippling also has the flexibility to start with core features first and add more features as we grow.
