Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We wanted to switch over to the Rippling platform in order to make our payroll platform more user-friendly to our employees and improve internal processes. Rippling has helped us optimize our workflows, significantly reduce manual tasks, and has provided our users with a significant improvement in user-friendliness and compatibility than our company has experienced before.

Pros

  • Customizing the platform to your company's specific needs
  • Workflows - allowing administrators to create workflows that reduce manual tasks
  • Reporting - robust reporting system that allows admins to track data across the platform

Cons

  • Deployment - there are growing pains involved with deploying a new platform
  • Occasional kinks/bugs related to payroll
  • Integration between the expense reimbursements and accounting features within the Spend app
  • It has reduced manual processes

Significantly better reporting. And end user compatilibility. Much more compatibility for administration as well.
Support is timely but can sometimes send automated responses that are not very helpful. When you get on the phone with a true representative, however, they can be extremely fast and helpful

Rippling is extremely end user friendly as well as easy-to-use for administrators of the platform
It is great for companies looking for a customizable platform. The user experience is very easy to understand. It is important to keep in mind, however, that this is a fairly new platform which requires time to customize to your company's needs. In my opinion, there are growing pains involved in the deployment of the platform
