In our organisation we use Rippling for HR, IT, payroll, Spend management. It help us onboard new employees, run payroll and control company expenses without juggling multiple tools. We use Rippling to connect everything, it saves time and cuts down on mistakes and make it easier to manage people as the company employees increase.
Pros
- It is like having a system that knows who should what and changes things on its own when he switch the company, no need of manual effort.
- If you add a new employees, Rippling can give them access to Google workspace, slack, etc..
- Payroll will be updated automatically when there is change in salary, role or location as it is linked to HR data.
Cons
- A bit more flexibility in reporting
- Need some improvement in mobile features, mobile scanning enhancement.
- Enhance the Rippling with few more pre built integrations with other tools
- By replacing multiple disconnected systems with one integrated platform
- It enables scaling without multiplying HR or operations staff.
- Automate redundant tasks across hiring, onboarding, access management, pay and expense management
