Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

i use Rippling in my organization for time cards, HR, HR questions, benefits questions and finding what benefits i do have, PTO requests and payroll distribution information. Rippling addresses the problems of having different products to use when having all of these items and puts them all in one umbrella of a product and app to use.

Cons

  • Rippling has room for improvement in the area of their Team support side of their app. sometimes due to connection issues the app crashes
  • Rippling makes it so MPA has a streamline system for its back of portal capabilities
  • HR is able to communicate with training modules and whats needed
  • being a day to day functioning app that runs smoothly

i gave it this rating as a first time user and user friendly service. As a first time HR user for Rippling and back of office at a work at home company, i have never needed to utilize as many systems that Rippling offers, all in one app and easy to use functions.
Rippling is well suited for the use of time management and highly useful when it comes to payroll. it is simple to use and effective when wanting to utilize multiple bank accounts for routing bank information from payroll to paycheck. I use Rippling to manage multiple bank accounts under one employer and having benefits taken out is also key for me.
