Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used in our organization for HR Purposes. I use it to track my payroll, input my vacation, and complete any expenses. It was very easy to setup when I was onboarding. They gave frequent reminders about documents that needed to be filled out. It was a very easy software to use.

Rippling was better when it came to pricing against UKG Pro. UKG Pros software was also not as seamless as Rippling's software from a user perspective. I found that the support functionality was also better with Rippling when you email in to the site. There are several reasons why Rippling overall was a better software for our company.
They respond by email very quickly, but it would be better if they had the ability to put in a chat box for faster user support. User support on other platforms is not as good as Rippling, so this is just a minor critique of the platform. Overall support is good.

it is very easy to use compared to the competitors. Companies like UKG is more difficult to navigate within the platform and is not as intuitive as rippling. Rippling has the best software of the several that I have sampled and the overall usability has been very good. I would recommend this.
It was very easy to use this software. I like it for HR no live chat for questions. I would recommend this to another company. It is a better software than some of the other competitors that I have used in the past. I like how simple and intuitive it is.
