We use Rippling for managing and streamlining Human Resources, including Employee time off, benefits administration, recruiting/hiring process management, and more.

Pros

  • Managing the interview/hiring process to keep everyone on the same page, clearly outline roles, and capture candidate feedback.
  • Time management, time off and vacation

Cons

  • Honestly Rippling does everything it is supposed to do really well
  • Increased productivity and efficiency
  • Increased employee morale (via birthday, anniversary, etc flagging
  • Streamlined hr process management
