Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling every day to clock in and out, tracking my time to later submit my timecard at the end of the working cycle, also to see notifications for business events, take trainings, sign documentation, see all information related to my position and goals within it, check new positions available in the company, and refer friends that want to work at Lisinski Law Firm.

Pros

  • Rippling track my time worked everyday.
  • Concentrate all employment and daily work management all in one place.
  • Provide all necessary information about my job position, hierarchical structure in the company, and I am at regarding current goals to achieve at my job.

Cons

  • Opening claims, like adjusting hours or requesting time off, is not very intuitive. Take time to get used to it at the beginning.
  • It would be better if notifications were classified in different groups: the ones to take action on, basic information, and contracts or agreements to be signed.
  • Rippling has helped me to better handle my time by keeping all my information centralized, preventing me from switching from one platform to another. Since I use it every day, this allows me to dedicate my time to the important tasks.
  • Rippling has helped me to be informed of everything going on in one place, since I can complete training, sign agreements, and see simple notifications in Rippling.
  • I can see my org chart and information related to my position, so I know who to refer to if I need to, and my information is always available. And this information was not at hand when I started working at the company.
Rippling is completely centralized and efficient; you don't have to jump from one link to another to track your time or complete your trainings, and you don't need to deal with Excel reports to get your time paid. All is on Rippling efficiently and automatically.

Rippling has everything related to my company organization, hierarchical structure, all kinds of notifications; we never miss any important information, time tracking, payroll, and everything is centralized and efficient, and very user-friendly.
- Rippling has been very useful when I want to see all my information. There was a time when I needed to see the exact name for my position to fill out an important form, which I can do in Rippling. When I need to check where I am at regarding my goals, to follow a structured plan and track my hours every day.

- It was less appropriate for me at the beginning when I had to submit a claim to fix my hours because I didn't clock out or when I had to request time off, because these tools were not very intuitive for me; nevertheless, they are working fine now.
