Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We were over paying for our previous HRIS and it was providing a very poor service experience. We needed to make a switch to something unified that would be easier for employees and managers alike to use, providing ample visibility and ease of use.

Rippling was much more affordable and the only platform that views all of the different elements as one source of truth, rather than having multiple information sources that aren't speaking to each other on a platform level.

It is so much easier to use than other platforms! All of the data elements living in one platform really makes it easier.
Rippling would be great for any business that is growing and wants to tighten up their HR policies, including time off, sick time, vacation time, payroll, benefits administration, org chart management, compensation management, identity verification, employee onboarding, and more. It might be tough for massive companies that need a very robust HRIS, but I have not yet run into any limitations with what Rippling can do or handle.
