Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is utilized for scheduling, time, payroll, onboarding, training within our company. As a supervisor I have to approve time, create schedules, track daily operations and coverage. I am also responsible for approving time off as well as tracking who is off for the day. We have training modules built into Rippling for compliancy as well.

  • This is not a function I use within my scope.
This is a key tool used within our company and it has made it much easier as a supervisor to track on a daily basis. It keeps our company compliant with education each year as well wich is essential for our nurses. Rippling is a fantastic tool for a company to use.

Rippling has easy functionality in all aspects. It provides key categories to choose from and subcategories within those such as time, time cards, schedule, overview. Each hold pertinent information that can be utilized in different ways. They have different views such as chart you can use based on preference of each person.
It honestly is well suited in all areas as a supervisor. Tracking daily operations is key to this role to ensure we can function as a team on a day to day basis and provide ample coverage to our patients. There are no situations currently I can think of where it is less appropriate.
