  • Positive: seamless onboarding new employees
Rippling was better suited to scale with our organization and provided excellent onboarding/implementation support.
Support is excellent and i've been able to receive support through the chatbot, live agents, and user guides.

Very usable
Rippling has an excellent support chatbot that has been able to resolve most of my questions and inquiries. If not, it has always been able to connect me with a live representative within minutes.
