Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

What I like most about Rippling is their ease of use and it being a one-stop shop for everything needed for my company. It was a really smooth ride for onboarding and learning the org chart. I would also say how easy it is to gain visibility into your payroll and time off. I also like how they update you for prioritized tasks needed to be completed by a certain date. The thing I like least about Rippling is that even though their notifications are really good, I don't like how when you complete a task, you still receive a notification that it needs to be completed. Overall my experience with Rippling has been nothing but great. A very easy to use software, that has everything needed for the companies of all sizes. I would also like to commend how easy it is to get in contact with their customer support and if need be to, find the information needed to get in contact with an employee/coworker of your company. Also on how easy it is to have all your benefits in one place and being able to help with understanding each benefit.

I gave it this rating because of the ease of use for new and old employees. And it made the onboarding very smooth. As well as being able to learn the benefits and have the benefits in one space a huge plus for managing and viewing them.
