Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling as an employee to manage my benefits and that of my dependents, to check on payroll and set direct deposit as well as checking balances and submitting requests for PTO/Welness Days. We used to have a platform called TriNet and I have greatly enjoyed the switch since the UI on Rippling is much easier to understand and full of tool tips and helper text that make things like tax compliance easier to process.

  • Authentication duration in mobile app
  • Clarity for use cases such as Trade Dependent visas that are not eligible for SSN
Rippling is a much more modern-feeling platform with a better and more clear UI. TriNet was hard to navigate and visualize even basic things such as PTO balance. I'll say that the I haven't been able to use Rippling's mobile app pretty much ever which was not the case with TriNet.
They were quick to respond and very helpful.

Yes

The information in Rippling is very well laid out! The website feels quite fast an everything is easy to find. Both retrieving information and performing actions is always easy on the platform.
I am not super aware of scenarios where it's less appropriate, but in terms of what it does well I can say that all the basic actions an employee would like to perform related to HR and payroll are well incorporated into a modern and fast UI on the platform.
