Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling to clock in and out of work, track my payment stubs, and submit PTO and sick leave requests. I would like the product to address communication issues between management and workers by making Rippling's time-off and clock-in/clock-out features easy to use. There is no going back and forth on what scheduling is happening when. You can track it all and approve it through the product with a few clicks. Finding your Pay stubs is simple, and going through your old pay stubs is simple. Just have to scroll down. Any insurance purchased through the company is also available in its own tab for ease of use.

Friendliness and fast responses to calls. Easy to talk to and wants to help out as much as possible. Easy-to-follow instructions that make you feel heard and understood when you are having issues. No matter the problem, they will do their best to find and fix the issues for you.

I give this rating to Rippling because tracking everything from clocking in and out to putting in for PTO or sick leave is super simple and easy to follow from employee to employee. The ease of use for tracking your pay stubs and benefits is another benefit of this product.
Rippling is best suited for time management, specifically for clocking in and out, PTO and sick leave, and pay tracking. Less important scenarios would be contacting people in management directly, and they should use regular email for those situations. Overall, it is a great solution for managing a large number of people on payroll and their benefits.
