Overall Satisfaction with RollWorks

Targeting key audiences to generate awareness. Allowed us to make use of an expensive purchased list of contacts and avoid the unprofessionalism of cold email campaigns.

More help from acct mgr. The setup was confusing, the language isn't intuitive and the UI was very unclear. The end product seems great but there was a significant learning curve. Was also difficult to "sell" internally - the company could do a better job articulating the value prop for someone not in marketing.
We did not explore any alternatives, this was a recommendation from our marketing agency.

Enterprise B2B. Great for purchased lists and/or for companies that do not have an organic curated list to nurture via marketing. great alternative for "cold marketing."
