Overall Satisfaction with Rubrik
We ordered and installed a Rubrik Brik to replace our out of support Data Domains from Dell. We ordered and implemented Cloud Direct to replace Networker from Dell.
- Rubrik Brik is our backup target for Block storage from Pure.
- Cloud Direct is a far superior product with more features and capabilities than Networker.
- The Ransomware aspect was a huge selling point for the overall solution.

- Too soon to tell but we've projected savings for both CAPX and OPEX
- This solution enabled us to retire old equipment that required more HVAC, power and physical rack space.
- Veeam Backup & Replication, Cohesity DataProtect and Cloudian HyperStore
We felt the solution provided by Rubrik better aligned with our business needs. Nothing wrong with the other solutions. But we thing we've made the right decision.
