Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
I set up and manage payroll for several small businesses. Some are owner only, and some have a few employees. Most of them use it to pay themselves regularly while freelancing to benefit credit score, mortgages and loans, and help them budget. Most of the challenges faced by these businesses are inconsistent or sporadic income.
- Reminders on payroll due dates and active checkins
- easy payroll processing
- easy report generation for taxes and p&ls
- auto generated weekly pay
- often "reminder emails" come out after Ive already run payroll
- owner payroll initial setup (lots of information has to be entered twice)
- With the incentives of free months of payroll and referrals adp is the most cost effective option I've found
- It was the lowest quote for weekly service i found
- It takes almost no time to run payroll so the biggest ROI is my time
It's been very easy to pull payroll reports. Employees are able to access pay stubs and year to date earnings to show lenders, landlords, and mortgage brokers. I can easily pull tax reports to understand spending along with my company requirements for the quarter or year. Everything seems to be accessible online.
- Paychex Flex and Gusto
I haven't worked within either system, I just know ADP was more informative on the intro call and had the lower per payroll rates, so I chose ADP.
