Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We switched to Sage Intacct in order to use the multi-currency function as well as multi-entity functionality. We migrated over from QuickBooks Online when manual consolidations were no longer an option. With Sage Intacct, we are now able to save days on our reporting as well as consolidate both US and Canadian entities.

- Easy switch between entities and comparison
- Ease of use, the system is super easy to use and the help center and community are a great place to search for things that you do not know how to do quickly.
- Reporting. Some of the reporting functions are not the best. I hate that I cannot have multiple reports open at once.
- It has helped us to show the operations team the costs associated with certain items very quickly. We have been able to initiate multiple cost savings programs since we rolled out the system.
- Greater visibility for other departments. We can show certain departments their budgets with ease.
We do not use this function
Global consolidation has been a game changer for our business. We recently started doing business in Canada and QuickBooks Online was not very good with this. Everything was exported and manually consolidated which was not only time consuming but also left us open for input errors. Sage Intacct has made the process simple with no room for input errors
Sage Intacct blows QuickBooks Online out of the water. The system is easy to use, easy to switch between entities and easy to report on. We use different report groups to report on our regions as well as global consolidation. Sage Intacct has been a game changer for our business.
