Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We are using Sage Intacct for GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Prepaids. It eliminated much transaction processing and betters our reporting.

Pros

  • Reporting is very automated.
  • Drill down to transactions

Cons

  • Approval processes aren't very customizable.
  • Eliminated an FTE
We have automated JE posting through the API.
We use the project accounting module and have multiple entities
Its comparable to NetSuite but better customer service and better culture.
It's well suited to mid-market customers.
