Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Sage Intacct as our main accounting software, used mostly by our internal accounting team, but with some delegated access for our support team to answer questions for customers. Our CRM connects with the API and updates with new accounts daily which is very helpful.
Pros

Cons
- Rental functionality not available
- Some templates can be difficult to use
- Navigation could be a bit clearer at times
- The recurring billing feature has been extremely helpful for us, saving a bunch of time
Some of the order entry options have been extremely helpful in our recurring transaction types. The GL automation has been great as well.
We haven't used many of these additional advanced modules except for Multi-Entity, which has been very helpful in tracking intercompany payable/receivables since acquiring another company.
I haven't used any other products similar to Intacct.
