Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Intacct is being used as the accounting software for the organization; it supports our reporting needs for each of the 5 different departments of the business.
- The dimensions of accounting that Intacct offers allows the accounting team to better track revenue and costs by its source.
- The user-friendly parts such as AP, AR, chart of accounts,bank, etc.. of the software makes navigating the system an easy process.
- The budget vs. actual reports generated in intacct is a key powerful tool.
- Connecting the bank accounts with Intacct - Please reference the software Xero US is does a good job at it.
- In purchasing the unapproved vendor invoice margin shows a state of pending when transactions have been approved, the state can be changed to invoice but this extra step is not needed in my opinion. If the unapproved vendor invoice has been approved, Intacct should already acknowledge that and make it into an invoice.
- Intacct has been able to support our organization on the accounting needs
Our organization has benefited from the AP and AR; it works with our work flows.
The project accounting has helped our organization in tracking the project progress with time and purpose while at the same time helping us manage our contract revenue management.
It's a nice and easy way to present useful data to board members and management.
