Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Intacct is currently being used as our accounting system. Several departments use it: Accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, inventory, warehouse, etc.
  • Easy navigation.
  • User-friendly.
  • A clear dashboard.
  • Invoice template.
  • No charge for service calls.
  • One person is designated to a group of companies for customer service.
  • Sage Intacct is more cost-effective than competitors.
  • Inventory accuracy.
  • Bank Recon.
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable benefit the most from this system. They process checks and invoices daily.
We currently have no use for these systems.
During integration, our contact from Intacct helped us every step of the way.
QuickBooks was a good system, but when our company began to rise from 50 employees to over 250, QuickBooks was no longer able to uphold our needs for payroll & accounting. We needed more!
Intacct does a great job for what we use it for. I do payroll, so I just go in and cut manual checks. But when I look for invoices, the search has to be really specific rather than broad. It would be nicer if it was a broad search rather than really specific.
