Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
It is being used across the whole organization. It allows us to assist decentralized bookkeepers more efficiently and allows us to consolidate our financial statements.
- It is user-friendly.
- It is easy to find specific transactions.
- Dimensions allow you to view things in ways you were never able to before and which are extremely helpful.
- Reporting. Having to set up account groups for reporting is very time-consuming, inefficient and makes it very difficult to follow.
- All dimensions should be treated the same, especially in reporting.
- Support has really been an issue for the past year. Support right now, I would say is terrible.
- We are much more efficient and able to assist others.
- We have prepared consolidated financial statements making our audit more efficient.
- Lack of timely response to support has caused issues.
Yes, we are now importing invoices. When someone asks a question about a random transaction I can usually find the answer pretty quickly. We use a third party for expense reimbursements and our AP clerk no longer touches any expense reimbursements saving a lot of data entry time.
We have our own construction company and use project accounting to bill that out. It has created some efficiencies and gives us a better picture of specific jobs.
Intacct was better suited for our needs.
