Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct is currently just used by the finance and accounting department only. We use it for all our financial and reporting needs. We use other products that integrate with Sage Intacct like Concur, ADP, Nexus Payables. Because it integrates with numerous platforms it saves us a lot of time for manual entries.
  • Offer a variety of custom report templates that are valued and required in the industry that can be easily modified.
  • Integrates seamlessly with a number of business systems and applications.
  • Supports a community of shared experiences and knowledge.
  • Not sure if it is just my set up, but I would love to have more options for sorting data when reporting.
  • Would love to see a standard trial balance report that allows for reporting by different dimensions.
  • More accurate and timely reporting.
  • Improved efficiencies due to reduced manual operations and increased system integrations.
  • Cost savings - we can leverage the software by adding compatible modules.
A/P, A/R and GJ - we use the system's features to run recurring invoices and journal entries.
Bank Reconciliation - there are features that support automatic matching of transactions to expedite and facilitate the preparation of the bank reconciliation.
We successfully leverage a lot of the market listings offered through ADP in conjunction with Sage Intacct to expedite and eliminate our manual processes, no more posting of the payroll JE or having to correct payroll information. We employ a lot of these smart technologies.
We don't uses these features as we either have no used for them or had already investing in another software to manage these financial capacities.
We work with a consultant or partner to configure the system. I cannot provide any further comments in this area. I trust that the consultant should he/she have run into trouble, Sage Intacct staff and support would have been very helpful. Having attended Sage conferences before, they have a great team of professionals that seem eager to satisfy and support its customers or direct them to people who do.

Well Suited - It is easy to work with and is great for grant reporting and other reporting by project. Users have access to multiple standard report templates that can be easily modified. The customizable dashboard is a great feature and one can build multiple and a variety of dashboards. I love that one can have multiple entities that roll up under one umbrella "Top level reporting." Over the years we have been able to Integrate with ADP to have our payroll posted by Intacct. There are tons of fields that we are now able to view in the GL that make reporting on personnel and benefits seamless and more accurate and complete.
