Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
This system is used by case managers to request checks to pay bills to vendors for their services. Some case managers have to use it more often than others if they have to pay a portion of their clients' monthly rent. With vendors already listed in the system, it makes it a lot easier to locate that person without having to continually put the vendor names in the system to request a check. This system provides the Accounting Dept with everything they need to prepare, print a check, and mail it to the vendor. The Case Manager can actually pick it home to drop it off to the vendor to provide that personal touch to those businesses residing close.
- I only use it for requesting checks and it supports the finance dept with not having to put in all the details which makes their job a little easier.
- It provides detailed information to prevent Accounting from making any mistakes.
- It cuts down on time to get checks printed with all the information in place.
- Maybe offer a video where individuals can access in case they forget how to use it.
- Demonstrate other areas of how this system can be utilized to enhance their business.

- Other than what I stated with the first question, I can not truly answer due to not using Sage Intacct like the Accounting Dept.

It's a little challenging to answer due to not using Sage Intacct as often as some of my co-workers. Depending on your position and the client's that a person works with can say if you need to use this program weekly, monthly, or even once every 3 to 6 months.
For a case manager who only request checks rarely, I cannot fairly judge this system. I do not want to say things that are not fair due to me not having the need to utilize it in full detail as the Accounting Dept. Just for what I use it for, it works well for me.

I had nothing else to compare this system (Sage Intacct) to before my employer decided to utilize it. I was taught how to use it for what I need to do which is request checks sometimes but not often. However, I will say if you don't use the system on a regular basis that you will forget and will need to refer to your notes.
