Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct is used by our finance team currently but will be rolled out across other departments to help transition to an improved purchasing and approval system.
  • User experience
  • Navigation
  • Open API
  • Bank integration not where it should be
  • EFT capability in Canada without a third-party add-on
  • Easier import features helps free up time for more senior staff.
We are still in the early stages of trying to improve automation but see a lot more options available to us with Sage Intacct than offered by our previous software.
Sage Intacct is the most user-friendly while also being robust.
We've seen some trouble around banking and payments but overall Sage Intacct has helped improve efficiency.

COVID-19 Updates & Changes

We had a simple integration but a lot of this was the result of the third-party team we used that Sage recommended.
It has made WFH relatively straight forward while still allowing us retain the controls we had in place previously. This was a major improvement from our previous system
