Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Sage Intacct is used by the finance department and executives. It is the main accounting system and is used to track KPIs. It will be linked to JIRA and with our banks. We are currently limiting use to only finance and admin with the idea of expanding inventory and fixed assets.

Yes, we have benefited from Sage Intacct automation of core financial processes like general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and order entry. We have benefited by reducing time required for journal entries through importing entries. Reduction of aged A/R by directly sending invoices from Sage Intacct and importing order entry transactions.
We have selected Sage Intacct because it stacks up much better than Quickbooks regarding our needs for the general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, order entry, cash management, customizations, reporting, and overall usability. Quickbooks is not as robust in all of those areas and we needed to make a change to reduce the monthly close time.
