Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Sage Intacct has been critical to tracking my day to day management of my region's sales. It has also been very easy to fine-tune for our specific needs.

Sales Summaries
Customer tracking
Tracking of outstanding PO's

I could be a little faster on the upload
I wish it was little easier to manage log in time

Return on Investment

Time saver - real time information
Smooth accessing process
Never really has any data transmission issues

Usability

It is very user friendly. A person does not need to be tech savvy to understand had to work the information.

I cannot recall a time that this system was not working as it should.

I am not on that side of the business. I have heard positive feedback from within that sector of the company (AP/AR).

Alternatives Considered

ADAPTcrm and Agencycore

Overall Sage is just more simple to operate and change. It does not take a rocket scientist to fine-tune the data requests.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is a complete systems that gives us any information that we as small company could need.

Sage Intacct has its ACCT together.
