Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

For the last 3+ years, Sage Intacct is the best accounting program I have ever worked with. It is user-friendly and very easy to navigate. I like the ability to find my way through reports and pages without having to use a manual or call support. Again, there are always updates made on the application so it is always running at its best.

Pros

  • Availability of many customizable reports for all different needs and all members of the company.
  • Sage Intacct has a very high customizable dashboard and I truly enjoy working with it.
  • Flexibility and ability to handle enterprise amount of PO's.

Cons

  • The reason why we migrated away from QuickBooks is that Sage Intacct can handle our higher volume of invoices each week.
  • I don't like the fact that there is no direct integration with Salesforce.
  • Sage Intacct's cost is high.
  • One of the disadvantages of Sage Intacct is cost. It is expensive compared to other softwares.
  • Getting started with Sage Intacct especially for new users can be a bit cumbersome.
  • I like how Sage Intacct is highly customizable to suit our needs and the ability to quickly correct entries.
With Sage Intacct, I love the ability and ease of making corrections to the financials. I also like the ACH feature of accounts payable as well as the auto-population of accounts payable well as the ability to attach invoices which allows for the entire payable process to become paperless.
Sage Intacct automatically performs the 2nd entry on the subsidiary books, especially when putting a source company. I love the option to customize so many features and invoice templates/email templates/statements, etc. The functionality they allow you to customize I feel is a major benefit even though it takes a major setup sometimes.
It is easy and fast to configure Sage Intacct. In fact, we didn't consult third-party services providers to configure it for us. It is a great and recommendable solution for accounting management.

Sage Intacct functionality, performance, flexibility, and usability make it an exceptional and outstanding application for financial management. It is the best and safest I have ever encountered.
One of the advantages of Sage Intacct is that it made our financial processes much easier and smoother. It is one of the best and most secure applications I have ever used and I love the ease of correcting entries. The availability of a customer support team is an added advantage.
