Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it for GL accounting software and for financial statement consolidation and production.

Pros and Cons

Easy user interface.
Exports reports to Excel.
Has a consolidation feature.

Lack of controls common and necessary in accounting.
Difficult to edit the structure of the GL once set up.

Return on Investment

Takes time to make changes to the structure in the system (new GL accounts or entities for reporting).
I would like reports of more varieties (account balances across time in the same report).

The AP module works well with Yooz invoicing service.
