Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
I use Sage Intacct on a daily basis to record general ledger journal entries, reconcile bank accounts, we use Fixed Assets and much more. I love how specific I can be with the different cost centers and dimensions I can apply to each transaction. It's been very helpful with grant management being able to tag a grant to a transaction and address the restrictions right there.
- Easily able to edit.
- You can see the history of a transaction.
- It's hard to delete a journal entry.
- There is no "undo" on the bank recon if you accidentally match the wrong transaction.
- Less corrections to prior periods.
- More timely reports.
The automation has been great. We've been able to have more timely reports which has allowed us to be able to use the data more timely and make changes quicker. These changes could reduce our costs or errors in future periods.
I work for a company with more than 20 different entities. Being able to report based on each entity or them all combined has been so beneficial.
