Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We use Sage Intacct for AP, AR, Budgeting, and Project Billing.
  • Very intuitive.
  • User friendly.
  • Easy implementation.
  • Import feature error message not always easy to decipher.
  • It has given management accurate numbers to drive business decisions.
We have been able to keep up with the growing AP and AR transactions without added staff because of the automation and ease of use of Intacct.
We have three entities on Intacct and it makes consolidated financial reports easy.
We have done both. For more complex cases, we use a vendor/reseller, but we have also been able to do basic customizations on our own.

Sage Intacct is much more scalable.
Sage Intacct seems to be well suited to small to medium sized businesses that need a more robust accounting solution. It is also well suited for users with limited accounting knowledge, as it automates many processes/posting in a user-friendly environment.
