Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use it as accounting software for our outsourced accounting clients
- Prevents mistakes
- Pulls reports acceptable by the AICPA
- Not too many confusing features
- The inability to delete a transaction entered in error even right after it was entered is a bit limiting
- Some kind of batch enter function would be nice for AP runs
- I find the menu system could be simplified
- Prevents mistakes

- enables us to pull reports without a template
I can't speak to how much we benefit from that as I'm not involved in many automated processes. However, I imagine it saves quite a bit of time on larger clients especially.

I prefer intacct to any version of quickbooks because it simplifies every process and helps to avoid mistakes. QBO has lots of features that are confusing and requires skills that don't come naturally to accountants. QBD is better, but it still can't pull reports according to AICPA guidelines which creates much more work for us.
