Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Sage Intacct is a great Cloud base ERP system especially in this new working world with work from home. It addresses our AP and PO processes being all on the cloud instead of a VPN which is easily accessible. It also helps with our financial statements and it makes going through a financial audit very easy.
- The amount of backup you can attached to everything
- How easily accessible the website is
- Good Fixed Asset Module
- When making a mistake, it is very easy to correct
- PO process is very easy, but we can't fully rely on it at this point
- Time savings for employees
- Issues with PO's makes us have to track it manually
- Fixed asset register being easily obtainable for all our audits
- Being able to pull support/ have auditors pull support saves so much time
For our company we usually have upwards of 20 AR invoices a month and we have anywhere from 50-150 invoices any given month. Being able to keep up with both processes at the same time definitely helps our company. The general ledger is key for our company, most reports come from the general ledger and its very easy to pull and use.
We do have multi entity, but when I came on we are trying to put it all under one company. So my experience isn't much with Intacct, only in the fixed asset module where it is very easy to use between the 3 entities that we have set up.

Are you happy with Sage Intacct's feature set?
Yes
Did Sage Intacct live up to sales and marketing promises?
Yes
Did implementation of Sage Intacct go as expected?
Yes
Would you buy Sage Intacct again?
Yes
I have used Quickbooks which is too simple for company this size, Microsoft NAV which has a terrible look and has many issues with the fixed asset module and the accrual process. I have also used SAP which is very complex and is not needed for a company this size, but even so the product was only better in the PO process everything else matches up relatively well.
