Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

I use Sage Intacct as part of my HRIS to track employees' profile information and timesheets as well as expenditures made on their behalf. Sage Intacct is a great tool to use for this purpose since the HRIS, payroll and accounting sides of the program work perfectly together and allow me to generate relevant reports all from the same system.

  • needs more defined access roles to the system
  • HR doesn't need same access as accounting, but it does need some items that are restricted under the accounting role.
  • Sage Intacct has been a great tool for our accounting processes, allowing us to create and implement metrics across the board which help our company to reach its strategic goals.
Our company uses the automated core financial processes of Sage Intacct to create seamless real-time reports for strategic planning.
Our company is expanding globally and the financial capabilities of Sage Intacct have proved to be invaluable to our growth.
Our vendor did help us to get the system configured the way we needed it originally. Since then, we have been able to make various modifications on our own, but the support team has always been ready available to help when needed.

Our company out grew the capabilities of Quickbooks and Sage Intacct has been a fantastic replacement.
Sage Intacct has proved to be a well balanced program for our large business activities. We do find it necessary to use an additional platform for more robust HRIS features that support our employees with an social interface.
