Intacct helps us to work with multiple level entity and multiple level currency. This helps us to save so much of time and is an automated software The Sage intacct is a tool which helps us to generate the correct report and which helps us to get the financial data easily. It is real time tool which helps us to maintain the financial in one place and the makes a better data availability and makes the decision making very easy and perfect SO great software for maintain the records of bills as well as employee data for the same
- It helps with Multiple level and works perfectly with Multiple currency as well
- Gives the clear picture of financials and records the transaction in real-time basis
- It helps us to take decisions on one go as the data and reports generated give true picture is the organization
- This also helps to capture the employee data and bill data as well
- It is difficult to rectify the errors or mistakes we made in the past and it takes much time to edit it
- It doesn't work in offline mode which creates time wastage when there are some internet crashes
- It is quite expensive when the work of the organization is small
- It is very easy to make many costly mistakes because of lack of audit trails
- It is perfect for our organization as we have multiple entities with multiple currency
- It merges the documents sometimes which is a negative impact and which makes a bad impact on my ROI
- Sometimes is takes much time to open and runs on slow which makes my work delay and which demotivates me as well
I get benefits form Sage Intacct in many ways.I have cut down my other tools by using the same.The reports which are generated give true and correct view of the financial statements. It creates the ageing reports and all the reports of my needs in one go .It is a tool for expense management as well and gives management functions also It makes the merge the Po quickly and helps us to work.It is very user friendly and the set up is easy to understand Because of Top level entity option where we can find all the data and vendors in one go the attachment tab are helpful to keep us with work properly and perfectly
I have used Sage Intacct for multi-entity and multiple currencies as well which do maintains the financials and there recording properly and there are no clashes between these entities.Also used them for time and expense management for our organization staff and employee these have the proper data for them and helps us to get them reimbursements on time and reduces the chances for the frauds as well.The reports which we need to generated with the multiple entity are just a click to go and makes the decisions from the financials easy and clear for the higher authority for the same

This was not very user friendly and we need to do so many function for getting a single output also the reports which were generated for dynamics were not very proper and to generate 1 report it was taking so much of time so the time which Sage Intacct uses is very less compared to it
