Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Our company is using Sage Intacct for all accounting-related needs, such as Accounts payable and accounts receivable, which makes my work easier. This software makes it very easy to access our financials and can integrate with third-party software like Bill.com.

Pros

  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Vendor details.
  • The duplication feature.
  • Multi entity acceptance.

Cons

  • Only limited customer support is available.
  • Payment reversal is bulky.
  • Lacking auto generated reports.
  • By seeing the reports, organizations can make better decisions, which, in turn, helps profitability.
  • Even if the business is growing, we can still use it.
It helped a lot in saving the time allowed by the employees on these processes, allowing them to concentrate more on other important things. It also helped to reduce the errors made by employees in data entry.
For organizations with multiple entities, consolidated financial statements helped enhance financial visibility. Automation improved time savings and error reduction.
I am configuring it on my own. The resources provided by Sage Intacct also helped me configure it.
It provides various financial tools under one roof. Every team in a financing organization can easily use the software, and automation has also helped reduce time and errors in different processes.
