Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use it to manage all our accounting functions, billing, ap budgeting etc.
As we are a SAAS Company we use it to manage our customer subscriptions.
We also use it for our financial reporting, cash management etc.

Pros
- AP
- Bank integration
- not much else
Cons
- Contracts management
- The user friendliness of all their modules
- Customer support
- Packaged financial statements
- integrations
- user interface
- almost everything they do
- Poor ROI
- Cost to implement was outrageous in my opinion
- I feel a very little positive impact
I feel not at all as their automation doesn't work as advertised and is cumbersome to set up and maintain. Not a great product in my opinion.
We use contract management and it is the most cumbersome convoluted system I have ever seen basically. Prior to Sage Intacct we used Maxio together with QuickBooks and it was way better including Maxio's integration with Salesforce. The reporting was better everything about it was better and more user friendly.
We selected Sage Intacct because I used it before and thought it was ok then and based on their sales pitch thought they had come along way from their earlier short comings, I feel I was wrong and their sales rep was convincing. Nothing that he indicated had been improved in my opinion.
