Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

I had been using Sage Intacct for three years and have found it an essential part of our financial operations. For accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting, it is the primary tool for us.Other platforms are also integrated into Sage Intacct, which helps in the process of reimb i.e. nexonia .Org-wise, all these points of disconnect and manual reconciliation processes opening up injuries about the software's effectiveness have been removed, thanks to connections through the enterprise environment of Sage Intacct. Reporting has become more cogent, accessible, and encouraged into data-driven timely decision-making by our executive team. Audit preparation seems way less scary due to the ability to track and document all our transactions in the system. Our Sage Intacct solution encompasses multi-entity financial consolidation, budgeting, and custom reporting for various departments. Most importantly, since we are working in multiple regions, the feature multi-entity management is very helpful for us. And with flexible reporting tools, we can have the reporting customized according to every entity, thus saving time and enhancing accuracy. We have also recently started looking into some other modules like Project Accounting that could help with tracking project costs and resource allocation even better.

Our organization has reaped the much-needed benefits from the core financial processes like general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and order management that Sage Intacct has automated. By automating these processes, we have significantly cut down the time spent on manual data entry and reduced errors, resulting in an unblock of workflow at times that would have taken longer to process. Automation has greatly helped in ensuring accuracy with the financial reporting that has led to creating a dependable, real-time view of our financial position. With more streamlined operations our finance team now is able to focus on more strategic initiatives that have given us an upper hand to make data-driven decisions faster and efficiently scale our business as we grow.
We have been using Sage Intacct's multi-entity and global consolidation modules to keep our financials in order across regions. These features automate the consolidation process and reconcile accounts quicker, providing insightful financial data of each entity in a timely manner that complements our strategic planning and expansion into new markets.
The configuration of Sage Intacct is backed by the vendor, and their support was brilliant. They guided the set-up procedure properly and identified every possible resource that could guide and support the set-up. The vendor's expertise helped us customize the system according to our needs with acute specifications in implementing it. Since then, it has been doing quite well from the start.

I love the best part in Sage intacct is the billing part - where we can easily convert invoice from PO, where we can identify the total utilization against a particular purchase order that been raised. Secondly I love its exchange rate concept which can be manually entered and provide the best input for any manual entries for older bills.

Automation minimizes manual labor and related errors for a smoother month-end close. The customizable, real-time reports provide essential insights for decision-making, while multi-entity capabilities minimize the work involved in consolidations in support of growth across different regions and business units.
The interface between Sage Intacct and Emburse Nexonia functioned extremely well, allowing seamless synchronization of expense data with our financial records. Installation was plain sailing, given the cleanse support of both platforms. The integration has simplified expense management in proficient ways, ensuring accurate and timely data flow to enhance our financial visibility and efficiency.
We have gained valuable insights from the real-time, visual dashboards provided by Sage Intacct that refer to key performance indicators. This dashboards can take us straight to financial health, departmental performance, and emerging trends with real-time visibility. The resulting transparency helps the leadership make informed decisions and thus be timely, resulting in more efficiency and strategic planning.
